All new flooring, all new interior & exterior paint, all new windows, all new fixtures, all new appliances, and section 1 pest work.

Each unit got it’s own makeover, which included new paint, new cabinets, new counter tops, new carpet and laminate flooring, and new appliances. This project also won the 2011 San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Award.
