TFS Investments not only buys and renovates multifamily housing projects; the firm also builds them from the ground up!
Each unit got it’s own makeover, which included new paint, new cabinets, new counter tops, new carpet and laminate flooring, and new appliances. This project also won the 2011 San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Award.
